You sell the site. I build it. Your name goes on it.
White label website builds for agencies whose clients are contractors, home services and local trades. Flat rate, five business days, and your client never hears my name.
- No monthly, no revenue share, no lock in. One flat fee per site.
- Fully white label. No credit line, no footer link, no contact with your client, ever.
- You own the files. Host it wherever you like, or I deploy it and hand you the keys.
- Revisions are unlimited inside the build window. I would rather get it right than get it closed.
- The first one is free because you should judge the work, not the pitch.
Where I actually fit
I build one kind of website: local service and home trades. Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, remodeling, concrete, painting, tree work, flooring, fencing, masonry, exterior cleaning.
If your client list has contractors in it, you already know this is the slow, low margin end of your book. The client has twelve phone photos and no brand guide, the copy has to be written from a twenty minute call, and it still has to convert phone traffic. It is a bad fit for a team that does brand and campaign work, and a good fit for someone who has built the same thing 194 times.
How it runs
- You send a brief: business name, trade, service area, whatever photos and brand direction the client signed off on.
- I build and send you a live staging link, normally inside five business days.
- You review it as your own work and send revisions until it is right.
- You ship it under your name. I stay invisible.
In every build
- Mobile first. Trades traffic is phone traffic, so the phone layout is the real design.
- Click to call in the header, and a sticky call bar on mobile.
- Two step quote form that gives the visitor an instant ballpark before it asks for contact details.
- Google rating and reviews placed above the fold, where they change the call decision.
- Local SEO scaffolding. Service area sections, LocalBusiness schema, clean meta.
- Static HTML. No page builder bloat, so it loads fast and there is nothing to keep patched.
The work, live
Straight with you: these are spec builds for the trades I work in, not client logos I am borrowing. There are 194 of them published right now. Building that many is what makes the pipeline fast, and the speed is the actual thing I am selling you. Click any of them.
Who you would be working with
Vlad Protsenko, Mason Web Works, out of Elgin, Illinois. One person, US based, which means the person you brief is the person building it and there is no account manager in the middle.
Have a site sitting in your queue right now? Send me the brief and I will build that one free. If you like it, the next one is $600. If you do not, you have lost an email.
