The part most contractors get wrong
We show up when we say we will
A real schedule you can hold us to, and a project lead who answers the phone, not a voicemail box.
Fixed written quotes
Line-item pricing before we start. The number we quote is the number you pay. No mid-project surprises.
Licensed, bonded & insured
Fully covered work, pulled permits, and a 5-year workmanship warranty in writing on every job.
We keep it clean
Dust barriers, daily cleanup, and floor protection. You still have to live here while we work.
An outdoor project without the guesswork
You always know what's happening next. Four simple steps from first call to final walkthrough.
Free consultation
We visit, listen, take measurements, and talk through what's realistic for your space and budget.
Written quote
A clear, line-item proposal with a timeline. Financing options available. No pressure, no obligation.
We build
One project lead, a clean site, and steady updates. Permits pulled, inspections passed, on schedule.
Final walkthrough
We walk it together, fix any punch-list items, and hand over your 5-year workmanship warranty.
Hiring a contractor shouldn't feel like a gamble
So we take the risk off your shoulders and put it in writing, before a single tool comes off the truck.
Fixed written price
The number on your quote is the number you pay. Any change is priced and approved by you first. Never a surprise on the invoice.

You get a written schedule and a project lead who answers the phone. If we fall behind on our end, we tell you early and fix it.
5-year workmanship warranty
Licensed, bonded, and insured on every job, with a written 5-year warranty on our work. Something's off? We come back and fix it.

You'll work with the owner, not a call center
"I grew up on job sites in the McHenry County. Every project we take on, I stand behind personally, because half my business comes from neighbors telling neighbors."
Neighbors who'd hire us again
"They gutted our kitchen and finished two days early. The quote never changed, and the crew treated our house like their own."
"Third contractor we called, first one that actually showed up with a real plan. Our basement is now the best room in the house."
"Communicative, tidy, and fair. They pulled every permit and walked us through each step. Zero regrets, would use again."
Questions homeowners always ask
How much will my project cost?
Every home is different, so we give you a fixed, written quote after a free walkthrough. As a rough guide, most paver patios run $6k–$18k and outdoor living builds $10k–$40k. We'll give you a real number, not a guess.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with several home-improvement lenders and can walk you through monthly-payment options during your estimate, so a bigger project doesn't have to happen all at once.
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
Always. Every job that needs a permit gets one, pulled in your municipality, with inspections scheduled and passed. It protects you at resale and keeps the work up to code.
How long will it take?
Most patios take 3–6 days; larger outdoor living projects run 1–3 weeks. You'll get a written timeline with your quote, and a project lead who tells you the moment anything changes.
What changes the price most?
Three things: moving walls or plumbing, the finish level you pick, and hidden damage we can't see until demo. The first two are priced in your written quote before we start. If we open a wall and find the third, work stops, you see photos and a price, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Will heavy equipment tear up my yard?
We protect lawns with track mats, confine digging to the work area, and regrade and clean up before we leave. Most patios need only compact equipment.
