You'll work with the owner, not a call center
"I grew up on job sites in the Fox Valley. Every project we take on, I stand behind personally, because half my business comes from neighbors telling neighbors."
Neighbors who'd hire us again
"They gutted our kitchen and finished two days early. The quote never changed, and the crew treated our house like their own."
"Third contractor we called, first one that actually showed up with a real plan. Our basement is now the best room in the house."
"Communicative, tidy, and fair. They pulled every permit and walked us through each step. Zero regrets, would use again."
Questions homeowners always ask
How much will my project cost?
Every home is different, so we give you a fixed, written quote after a free walkthrough. As a rough guide, most kitchen remodels run $25k–$60k and bathrooms $12k–$30k. We'll give you a real number, not a guess.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with several home-improvement lenders and can walk you through monthly-payment options during your estimate, so a bigger project doesn't have to happen all at once.
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
Always. Every job that needs a permit gets one, pulled in your municipality, with inspections scheduled and passed. It protects you at resale and keeps the work up to code.
How long will it take?
A bathroom is typically 2–3 weeks; a full kitchen 4–6; larger renovations run longer. You'll get a written timeline with your quote, and a project lead who tells you the moment anything changes.
What changes the price most?
Three things: moving walls or plumbing, the finish level you pick, and hidden damage we can't see until demo. The first two are priced in your written quote before we start. If we open a wall and find the third, work stops, you see photos and a price, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
Almost always, yes. We wall off the work zone with dust barriers, keep your water and power running outside working hours, and for kitchens we'll help you set up a temporary cooking station. You'll know the plan before day one.
