What changes the price most?
Three things: moving walls or plumbing, the finish level you pick, and hidden damage we can't see until demo. The first two are priced in your written quote before we start. If we open a wall and find the third, work stops, you see photos and a price, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you haul everything away?
Yes. Wood, brush, and debris are chipped and hauled the same day unless you ask to keep firewood, and the lawn gets raked before we leave.
