How long will it take?
Cabinets typically install in 3–5 days once delivered; countertops are templated after cabinets and installed about a week later. You'll get a written timeline with your quote, and a project lead who tells you the moment anything changes.
What changes the price most?
Three things: moving walls or plumbing, the finish level you pick, and hidden damage we can't see until demo. The first two are priced in your written quote before we start. If we open a wall and find the third, work stops, you see photos and a price, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you handle both the cabinets and the countertops?
